I’m Susie, a yoga teacher based in San Francisco. This is my home and sanctuary. It is where I grew up, raised my family, and discovered yoga.
I came to yoga for the physical benefits, stress management, and promises of improved health. Yoga has been a healing and transformative practice for me. This practice has carried me through the challenges of loss, grief, anxiety and uncertainty. As a teacher, I hope to help students discover their inner strength, resolve and resilience. Working on strength, flexibility and presence on your mat can bring about those qualities off the mat.
My practice is always evolving. Lately, I am appreciating the restorative and spiritual elements of yoga, which help me connect on a deeper level. Your sanctuary is within.
