You will learn variations and modifications in addition to safe alignment for a sustainable practice.

Holistic Yoga Therapy

Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness can help re-establish the mind body connection for those who have suffered injury or trauma.

We work towards direct healing and compassionate self-awareness, while honoring the full range of sensations, emotions, and experiences.

Therapeutic sessions may include, but are not limited to meditation, breath, gentle yoga movement, journaling, visualization and chanting.

I aim to empower students to find safety, strength and balance, on and off the mat.
